1. Who We Are
Pakistan Card-Game Guide is a small editorial team in Karachi. We publish English-and-some-Urdu reviews of Android card-game apps that Pakistani players actually use — Teen Patti variants, Rummy, Andar Bahar, Dragon Vs Tiger, Ludo for cash, Mines, the small Aviator-style crash games, and the rest of the lineup that lands on a typical Pakistani Android phone in 2026.
The site lives at 3pattikhaadi.com. The domain's name reflects the fact that Card Khaadi (also written 3PattiKhaadi) is one of the more popular apps in our coverage — but we are not the operator of Card Khaadi, and we are not its agent. We are an independent reviewer that, alongside many others, evaluates Card Khaadi.
2. What This Site Is
This site is an editorial review-and-explainer publication. The content falls into a few clear buckets:
- App reviews — full hands-on tests of each Pakistani card-game app we cover (Teen Patti tables, deposit / withdrawal experience, support-channel testing, KYC steps).
- Rules explainers — how Teen Patti is played, how Andar Bahar resolves, how Dragon Vs Tiger pays, how Mines uses fixed grids in Pakistan vs the larger Indian variants.
- How-to guides — Easypaisa wallet setup, JazzCash withdrawal walk-through, what to do when an APK download stops at 80%, what a CNIC photo looks like for KYC.
- News and edits — when an Operator changes its withdrawal window or its bonus rules, we record the change and re-test before publishing.
The bias of the site is informational. We do not write hyperbole. We do not promise winnings. We do not run a "play to win" angle. If we cover a topic that touches money — bonuses, withdrawal speed, KYC time — we are explicit about what is the operator's choice and what is the player's choice.
3. Why a Guide Site, Not an Operator
This is a question we get often. So we wrote it down.
An operator runs an app. An operator holds the player's PKR balance. An operator decides whether a JazzCash withdrawal goes out today or tomorrow morning. The contract for the player's real-cash play sits between the player and the operator. We are not that operator — for any of the apps we cover, including Card Khaadi.
The Guide Site Boundary. Pakistan Card-Game Guide does not run any game tables. We do not hold player balances. We do not process Easypaisa or JazzCash withdrawals on behalf of any app. We do not store CNIC documents or KYC selfies. We have no read-access into Card Khaadi's player accounts, no read-access into Teen Patti Gold's balances, and no read-access into any operator's transaction ledger. The only things we hold are our own readers' (a) optional newsletter email and (b) standard web analytics — described on the
Privacy Policy page.
So why a guide rather than an operator? Three reasons. First, the Pakistani card-game market in 2026 is moderately crowded — there are at least eight Operator-class apps a serious player has to choose between, and very few editorial sites in English-and-Urdu help with that choice. Second, an editorial site is the only place where you can compare apps without a commercial interest in any single one of them. Third, building an editorial brand is a different muscle from building an Operator — neither is better, but they are not the same.
4. Card Khaadi (3PattiKhaadi) — How We Cover It
Card Khaadi is one of the apps in our coverage. We re-test it every quarter under the same six-step methodology we apply to every other app — Source Check, Install & Launch, Account & Deposit, Gameplay Sample, Withdrawal, Editorial Write-up. The results, including any methodology-version notes, are published on our reviews page.
Trademark acknowledgement. "Card Khaadi" / "3PattiKhaadi" refers to a real-cash Android card-game app distributed in Pakistan. The Khaadi name in that app context belongs to its operator. Separately, "Khaadi" is also a well-known Pakistani fashion / textile brand owned by Khaadi (SMC-Pvt) Limited — a clothing retailer, not a card-game operator. We are not affiliated with Khaadi the clothing brand, and we make no claim of any relationship with that company. Any reference on this site to "Khaadi" without the prefix "Card" or "3Patti" should be read as a general industry reference, not an endorsement by or of the clothing brand.
If you are a representative of Khaadi (SMC-Pvt) Limited (the clothing brand) and you have concerns about how this site uses the name, please write to [email protected] and we will respond within 7 business days. The site has been in operation under this domain since 2024; we have made the name disambiguation explicit on the homepage, in the schema, and on this About page.
5. Our Editorial Methodology
Six steps, applied identically to every app on the site. We do not invent steps for apps we like, and we do not skip steps for apps we do not. Each step generates a record kept in our internal evidence archive (the archive is not public, but its existence is what lets us defend a review claim to a reader, an operator, or a regulator).
- Source Check. The APK is downloaded only from the operator's official URL — never from a third-party APK aggregator, never from a forwarded WhatsApp link. We record the file size, signing certificate, and SHA-256 fingerprint, and we verify the certificate matches the published version.
- Install & Launch. Install on a clean Infinix Note 12 (Android 12) and a Tecno Spark 8 (Android 11). Record install time, first-run permissions list (anything beyond storage / phone-state is flagged), launch time on a typical Zong 4G evening connection.
- Account & Deposit. Create a fresh account, complete KYC if required, deposit a small amount (500 to 1,000 PKR) via either Easypaisa or JazzCash. Record the time taken end-to-end and any friction point.
- Gameplay Sample. Play 30 hands of the app's main Teen Patti table at the lowest bet level. Record the user-experience pattern (notification timing, bonus pop-up frequency, rule clarity).
- Withdrawal. Withdraw a small amount (200 to 1,000 PKR) on the same day. Record the time from request to wallet receipt. Repeat one weekend withdrawal to verify weekend-window claims.
- Editorial Write-up. Write the review using the evidence from steps 1-5, plus any reader reports we have received in the prior quarter. The first draft is reviewed by a second editor before it is published.
We re-run the six steps once per quarter for every app. We post a public changelog noting which apps moved up or down in our editorial assessment between quarters, with a one-line reason for each move.
6. Editorial Independence and Affiliate Disclosure
Some of the operators we review pay us an affiliate fee when a reader downloads their APK from a tagged link on our reviews page. This is a common revenue model for editorial sites covering paid apps, and we are transparent about it. Two ground rules:
- Affiliate fees do not change which apps we cover or where they sit in our editorial assessment. The methodology in Section 5 is the source of truth.
- If we do not have an affiliate relationship with an operator, we still cover their app on the same terms. The reader is not steered to the apps that pay us — they are steered to the apps that hold up under the methodology.
An operator paying us cannot remove a critical finding from a review. An operator that asks us to remove a finding will get one written reply: "We do not." We document such requests in our internal evidence archive.
7. Pakistan Compliance and Reader Safety
The site is geo-targeted to Pakistani Android players. The content is in English with selected Urdu phrasing where helpful; the apps we review run only on Android 5.0+ Pakistani-distributed APKs.
We operate within the framework of PECA 2016 for content and consumer-protection rules. Any operator we review must hold its own end of the bargain with SBP (for the wallet rails) and PTA (for the mobile-side data); we cite those frameworks on the relevant guides. Card Khaadi, like every other operator we cover, is governed by its own privacy policy and terms — we do not summarize those for the reader; we link to the operator's own pages.
The site is strictly 18+. We do not write content aimed at minors, and we link to the responsible-gaming controls of every app we cover.
Free national mental-health helpline (Karwan-e-Hayat, English & Urdu, 24/7): 021-111-534-111. Independent of every operator we cover, including Card Khaadi. Independent of us.
8. Update Cadence
The pages on this site are reviewed on the following schedule:
- App reviews: re-tested once per quarter under the methodology above.
- Rules explainers: reviewed annually unless the underlying rules change.
- How-to guides (JazzCash / Easypaisa setup, KYC walk-through): reviewed every 6 months because wallet UX changes mid-year.
- Trust pages (this About, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming, Editorial Standards, Contact Us): reviewed every 6 months — look for the "Last reviewed" line at the bottom of each page.
If a page on the site has not been re-reviewed in over 9 months, treat it as stale and write to us — we will fold the prompt into the next review cycle.
9. How to Reach Us
Email channels by topic:
For account, deposit, or withdrawal issues with any app you have installed (Card Khaadi, Teen Patti Gold, 3 Patti Blue, anything) — please use the operator's own in-app support channel. We cannot read into operator accounts and we cannot release operator-side balances. We are an editorial site, not an operator.
