1. What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Use govern your use of 3pattikhaadi.com and any subdomain we operate. They cover the editorial content we publish, the contact channels we offer, and the relationship between Pakistan Card-Game Guide and a reader.

They do not cover:

2. Reader Eligibility

The site is freely readable. There is no account, no login, no paywall. You do not have to register to read a Card Khaadi review or a Teen Patti rules explainer.

However, the apps we review are strictly 18+ products available only to residents of Pakistan. The site itself does not enforce that age — the operator of each reviewed app does. If you are reading this site and you are under 18, please do not download any of the real-cash apps we review.

The newsletter (optional, opt-in) requires a valid email and a self-declared 18+ status. We do not collect CNIC or KYC data on the editorial side — that data sits only with operators, never with us.

3. Editorial Content and Methodology

Every app review on this site follows the six-step methodology described on the About page (Source Check → Install → Account & Deposit → Gameplay → Withdrawal → Editorial Write-up). Re-tests run quarterly. Methodology versions are recorded on each review.

Our reviews carry an editorial assessment — a short opinion on whether the app is, in our hands-on test, safe to install, easy to deposit on, and fair on withdrawal. That assessment is our opinion. It is not financial advice. It is not a warranty. It is not a guarantee that the app will continue to behave the same way after you install it. Operators change, and quarterly re-tests are how we keep up with those changes.

We do not publish content that:

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Some operators we review pay us an affiliate fee when a reader downloads their APK from a tagged link on the reviews page. This is a normal revenue model for editorial publications covering paid apps. The disclosure is published on every review page and on the About page.

The two ground rules we apply are simple. Affiliate fees do not change our editorial assessment of an app — the methodology is the source of truth. If we do not have an affiliate relationship with an operator, we still cover their app on the same terms as those who pay us. The reader is steered to apps that hold up under the methodology, not to apps that pay us.

An operator that asks us to remove a critical finding will receive one written reply: "We do not." A request of that kind is recorded in our internal evidence archive.

5. Editorial Site Liability (Most Important Section)

The editorial-site liability boundary is the most important thing on this page for any reader who has had a problem with an app we cover. Read it twice if needed.

What we are responsible for: the honesty of our review process · the accuracy of the facts we publish on the date we publish them · the timely correction of any factual error a reader brings to our attention · the published methodology being applied evenly across operators · the disclosure of affiliate relationships · the response times we publish on this page.
What we are not responsible for: the operator's downstream behaviour after you install the app · changes the operator makes to its withdrawal window after we last re-tested · disputes between you and the operator over deposit holds, KYC, or bonus wagering · the wallet operator's behaviour (Easypaisa or JazzCash) when settling deposits or withdrawals · network outages on Zong, Jazz, Telenor, or Ufone · device-side issues that we cannot reproduce on a standard Infinix or Tecno test phone.

If an operator changes its withdrawal limits, its bonus rules, or its KYC steps after we last re-tested the app, that change is between you and the operator. The contract for your real-cash play sits between you and the operator — not between you and Pakistan Card-Game Guide. We will note the change on the next quarterly re-test and update our review then.

Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms for any twelve-month period to any single reader is the lesser of (a) zero — because we do not take payment from readers — or (b) any provable direct loss caused by a published factual error we did not correct within a reasonable timeframe after notice. Affiliate fees from operators do not change this cap.

6. Reader Conduct on Our Channels

We accept reader corrections, tip-offs, dispute reports about operators, and feedback on our methodology. The channels are listed on [email protected]. The standards we apply to every reader email:

We may refuse to answer email that meets none of these standards. We may also publish (in anonymized form) the substance of an emailed allegation if our editorial team finds it material to a published review — but we never publish the sender's email or other identifying details.

7. Card Khaadi Trademark Acknowledgement

This is the section a Khaadi-brand legal team is most likely to read. So we wrote it carefully.

"Khaadi" appears in two unrelated commercial contexts in Pakistan. The Khaadi clothing brand is owned by Khaadi (SMC-Pvt) Limited — a Pakistani fashion / textile retailer. Separately, "Card Khaadi" (also written 3PattiKhaadi) is the name of a real-cash Android card-game app distributed in Pakistan by an operator unrelated to the clothing brand. The card-game operator's branding is governed by its own trademark filings.

Pakistan Card-Game Guide reviews the card-game app "Card Khaadi". We are not affiliated with the Khaadi clothing brand. We make no claim of any commercial relationship with Khaadi (SMC-Pvt) Limited. We do not sell, distribute, or recommend any clothing-brand products on this site.

We use the term "Card Khaadi" or "3PattiKhaadi" in our reviews specifically to refer to the card-game app. We aim to keep the disambiguation clear on every page the term appears. If you are a representative of Khaadi (SMC-Pvt) Limited and you have a concern about how the name is used on this site — including in our domain name 3pattikhaadi.com — please write to [email protected]. We will engage in writing, in good faith, within 7 business days. We have operated the domain since 2024.

8. Intellectual Property in Our Editorial Content

The editorial content on this site (review write-ups, methodology evidence summaries, rules explainers, how-to guides) is © 2026 Pakistan Card-Game Guide. You may quote up to 100 words with attribution and a link back to the source page. Wholesale republication, including aggregating reviews into a competing site, is not permitted.

Operator names, logos, and screenshots used in our reviews are the property of their respective owners. Their use here is editorial fair-use under Pakistani copyright practice. If you are an operator and you object to a specific use of your logo or screenshot, please write to [email protected] with the specific page and asset, and we will respond within 7 business days.

9. Service Availability

The site is published as best-effort 24x7 over Cloudflare. We do not commit to a specific uptime SLA — but we monitor availability and aim for 99% monthly. Outages exceeding 30 minutes are noted on the blog within the same week.

Force majeure events that suspend our editorial obligations include national-grid power failure exceeding 6 hours in a day, PTA-mandated internet curtailment, and Cloudflare-side outages exceeding 2 hours.

10. Pakistan Compliance Anchor

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The seat of any dispute is Karachi. We operate within the framework of PECA 2016 for content and consumer-protection rules, and we comply with the SBP and PTA frameworks insofar as they apply to a content / editorial site (not an Operator).

Anything in these Terms that conflicts with Pakistani law yields to the law. Reader statutory rights are not waived by these Terms.

11. Updates and Contact

Material changes to these Terms (anything that affects reader rights, our liability boundary, or trademark acknowledgements) are announced 14 days in advance on the blog. Cosmetic or clarifying edits are made silently and the "Last reviewed" date below is updated.
